Hi – I’m a new Type 1 diabetic, diagnosed in November 2014 at 32 years old. I’m relatively active with Crossfit and am trying to get a better handle on my dietary needs for a good A1C and to be physically active. I have been engaging in a high fat / high protein / low carb diet, but am beginning to think that high fat might not be so good for my insulin sensitivity, despite me being active. Any suggestions on where to turn for on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I am unable to find the download link for the forms from “Fasting Background Insulin Dose”. I would like to get all of the forms.
